In order to add a storage room with a walk-in cooler and freezer for food supply, the restaurant owner had to obtain a permit from the city and provide drawings. The construction was successfully completed in 2023.

The homeowner purchased a half-acre property with a run-down house and needed permit drawings and updated construction plans. The owner is currently managing the construction of the project, and the drawings were completed in late 2023.

The client had requested a new master suite addition that includes a walk-in closet and ADA bathroom for her and her husband. The project is currently under contractor inquiry and construction has not yet started.
New Custom Home Build

We worked closely with (Jacky Homes), a general contractor in Corpus Christi, to develop a cost effective new custom home as a template home for future construction. The first of this home build will begin in June 2025.
